With it being the smallest size that we offer, its 4-foot high rim makes it easy to toss debris over the side if needed. Plus, if you’re in need of a kitchen or bathroom remodel our 15-yard has plenty of room to store excess or used material with its 12-foot depth and 8-foot width.
Our 20-yard dumpsters are perfect when it comes to handling most residential jobs and some smaller commercial projects. Its 6-foot height makes it a little more difficult to toss material over the side, so for this container we recommend walking the debris in through the door of the dumpster. Aside from this, its 14-foot depth and 8-foot width allows for more storage space for larger home or building remodels.
Our 30-yard dumpsters are typically the most common container for larger cleanups, such as interior tear outs, large storm cleanups, or wide, extensive yard cleanups. Its 21-foot depth and 8-foot width can handle most storm debris and used construction materials. Much like the 20-yard dumpster, we also recommend that debris or materials not be thrown over the side since its height also reaches 6-feet tall.
Our 40-yard dumpster is the largest roll-off container we offer. We recommend this size for large demolition projects and major communal storm cleanups. It can handle a vast amount of debris and waste due to its 21-foot depth and 8-foot width. And like the 20-yard and 30-yard dumpsters, we also highly recommend walking the materials through the door due to its 8-foot stature.

Our Portable Toilets
Standard
Our standard toilet is primarily used for project and construction sites, as well as, some events. This port-o-let measures at 48 inches long, 44 inches wide, and 88 inches tall which allows for a spacious and uncomplicated experience. Some features included are an anti-slip flooring, a spacious interior, a non-flush urinal and toilet, an “in-use” indicator lock, and a translucent roof with a ventilation system. This option holds around 70 gallons of solution, on average.
ADA-Handicap Accessible
Our ADA-handicap accessible toilet is a perfect pairing with our standard toilet option. It gives people who have difficulty maneuvering in smaller spaces the option of a wider, more comfortable space to do their business. This port-o-let measures at 86 inches long, 67 inches wide, and 90 inches tall. The features included are similar to our standard in some aspects, but this option also includes grab bars for extra support and mobility as you move around. This option holds around 68 gallons of solution, on average
Restroom Trailers
Our restroom trailers are one of our newest additions to our portable toilet options. Each one is equipped with a spacious interior including air conditioning, a separation wall, two porcelain toilets, one urinal, roof ventilation, an entertainment system, two stainless steel sinks, and a trash receptable beneath the sink. Some of the exterior features include sturdy steps leading into each facility, “vacant” and “in-use” indicator lights, and guide rails on the steps and doors. Also, each trailer measures at 15 feet long, 7 and 1/2 feet wide, and 11 feet tall. Our restroom trailers are great for outdoor events, such as weddings and retreats.
What Are The Golden Rules of Renting in De Leon Springs?
The Dos
- Avoid placing prohibited or hazardous materials inside the dumpster.
- Be sure to put out cigarettes away from the product to ensure that nothing flammable is set ablaze that could cause a dumpster fire.
- Make sure where you want to place the product is where you are going to keep the product throughout the duration of your project.
- If one of our dumpsters needs to be moved, call one of our team members to request one of our professionals to move it without damaging your site or our product.
- Keep children and pets away from the dumpster to avoid any injury or illness caused by the debris or materials being thrown into the dumpster or rowdiness.
- To be on the safe side, walk all debris and material items through the door of the roll-off and place it as far back as it will allow.
- Make sure to not overfill the dumpster and keep the debris below the fill line. When you see it nearing the fill line, call one of our team members for a replacement.
The Don'ts
- Place items inside our roll-off dumpsters that could cause harm to you or others.
- Put out cigarettes next to the dumpster and risk a piece of debris catching on fire.
- Move the product without one of our professionals present and risk damaging your property or ours.
- Treat our products as a jungle gym with your children and workers and potentially damage one of our products or yourselves.
- Throw all products over the side of the dumpster, no matter the height, and risk hitting one of your workers and injuring them.
- Overfill the dumpster and risk one of our trucks to overturn on the way to the landfill due to improper weight distribution and injure the driver and potentially other vehicles on the road.
- Not be present to open a gate or move a blockage for our truck drivers to enter your property or work site. This would impede the delivery and pickup of your rented equipment.
Our Handwash Stations
Pairing one of our handwash stations with your portable toilet rental order would be a golden choice. Having somewhere for your guests or workers to wash their hands after doing their business allows for a healthier, more clean environment for everyone. Each of our handwash stations include two soap solution dispensers, two sinks, and two foot-pump water faucets.
How our handwash stations work is you simply walk up to one of the two sides of the station, push down with your hand on the soap dispenser to release the solution into your hand, press your foot onto the foot pedal to turn on the faucet, and proceed to wash your hands with ease.
One pump of our solution is strong enough to kill 99% of bacteria, including salmonella and E.coli. Each of our stands measures at 66 inches tall and each weighs around 15 pounds when full. You can clean your hands approximately 1,500 times before needing to refill.

Our Temporary Fencing
The newest addition to our product line is our temporary panel fencing option. These are primarily used for establishing a boundary for your work site. Each of these panels are measured at 12 feet long and 6 feet tall. Due to their size, installation will be required either by linking them together or placing sandbags around their legs for better support and sturdiness while you work. But don’t worry, the installation is our job when we deliver it!

Absolutely! As each of our dumpsters are different, whether it’s our 15-yard, 20-yard, 30-yard, or 40-yard, each size is only allotted so much debris before they could become potentially dangerous for transport. This could be due to improper weight distribution or an over-filled dumpster. The main two “golden” rules that we recommend when filling our roll-off dumpster is to make sure the distribution of debris and materials is equally distributed below the fill line and to keep prohibited items out of the dumpster. Any prohibited items thrown into the dumpster could incur additional fees due to their toxicity in nature. Every one of our roll-off dumpsters is equipped with a door on the side of the dumpster with a latch-style lock on it to keep the debris and materials inside secure. Just unhook the safety chain on the latch lock and raise the latch to open the door all the way for clear access to the inside. Another style lock that might be found on some of our dumpsters is the ratchet-style lock. With this lock, this will require you to flip the ratchet switch to loosen the ratchet and detach the chain. For both lock styles, just be sure to attach the safety chain to the opposite side of the dumpster to keep the door open and secure.
If you overfill the dumpster or exceed the weight limit for your specific dumpster rental, this will result in additional fees being added to your invoice. Adding any hazardous, flammable, or overly bulky materials to the dumpster will also result in additional fees. This is because they require a special separate disposal as opposed to the normal debris and waste. This is why we prohibit them from being loaded into our dumpsters.
